This is a great option for first parents that are looking for more support when it comes to planning, healing ( postpartum) and understanding birth.

We have three engaging in-person meetings planned to help you prepare for your birth. In our first session, we’ll take some time to get acquainted, complete the intake process, and discuss what you can expect on that special day. The second meeting will be an in-depth exploration of birth and interventions, which I like to call an accelerated birth class. Finally, during our last meeting, we’ll focus on practicing comfort measures for your labor and cover important topics like breastfeeding and the postpartum period.
I've developed a comprehensive "All Things Labor and Birth" binder for you to use at home at your own pace. This binder is packed with helpful explanations, tips, worksheets, and even templates for your birth plan, all designed to complement our meetings.
I want you to feel fully supported throughout our time together. Whether you’d like to revisit your birth plan, seek resources for any challenges, or simply need some reassurance during emotional moments, I'm here for you. On call for you starting at 37 weeks Although we pay a lot of attention to due dates, they’re really just educated guesses about when your baby will arrive. To be prepared, I go on call starting at 37 weeks. I’ll stay within an hour’s travel and keep in touch with you during this time.
I’ll be there for you when you need me, ready to provide physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your labor, right up until you’re pushing.
This support includes helping you get settled in the way you prefer, guiding you to your postpartum room, assisting with a smooth first latch, and ensuring you have your first meal. 2 In-Person Postpartum Meetings (Up to 2 Hours Each)** During our time together, we’ll check in on how you’re feeling and you can ask any questions about the postpartum phase. I’ll have plenty of resources and insights to share. We’ll also start discussing your experiences with labor and birth. In our second meeting, we can dive into what postpartum care can look like. And if you just want some self-care time, I can help with whatever you need—whether that’s watching the baby while you take a long nap, organizing your space, or tackling dishes and laundry.
